Caller ID (CNAM)

With Reach you can choose a name to display when you call your clients if they don't have your number saved. This takes quite a bit of time as we submit the name to the big carriers and it is on them to update their database. You can read more info here:

1. Tap on your profile in the top left
2. Manage
3. CNAM Caller ID
4. Type in the name you want to display up to 15 characters
5. Hit Register CNAM
